Refund policy

We want you to love your footbag. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us at bumbag2026@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
